1] make topic names only require a minimum of 5 characters instead of 10

2] get a portal with a music player (like mine =P )

3] general chat area?

4] make an HTML page for your Xat chat

5] get your xat chat's HTML code and use that instead of the forumotion chat at the bottom.

6] ask me how to do some of this if ya dont know how to

~ add to google
~ add to yahoo
~ add to bing
~ keep using advertise hotspot
~ make a youtube vid
~ talk to friends on facebook/myspace/tagged/twitter about your site
~ tell people at school or near where you live about the site
~ put links to your site in your forum signatures and email signatures
~ put your site in the 'website' profile field which is on most forums

another suggestion, put a link to your newest site in the 'text ads' and 'our friends' widgets
